SCRIPTURE: PROVERBS 3:7-8.

“Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear Yahweh and shun evil.
This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones.”

This verse offers valuable wisdom for living a healthy and fulfilling life. Here’s a breakdown:

1. Humility: “Do not be wise in your own eyes” – Recognize your limitations and don’t rely solely on your own understanding.

2. Fear of Elohenu:”fear Yahweh” – Have reverence and respect for Èze( Eternal Monarch), acknowledging His power and authority.

3. Shun evil: “shun evil” – Avoid sinful behaviors and choices that can harm your body, mind, and spirit.

4. Physical health: “This will bring health to your body” – By following these principles, you’ll experience physical well-being and vitality.

5. Spiritual nourishment: “and nourishment to your bones” – Your inner being (your “bones”) will be strengthened and nourished, leading to a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.

By embracing these teachings, you’ll experience a holistic approach to health, encompassing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

SUBTITLE: WHY CHINESE PEOPLE LIVE LONGER THAN NIGERIANS?

There are several factors that contribute to the difference in life expectancy between Chinese and Nigerian populations. Here are some possible reasons:

1. Healthcare: China has a more developed healthcare system, with better access to medical care, sanitation, and hygiene.

2. Nutrition: Chinese cuisine often emphasizes plant-based foods, whole grains, and lean proteins, which can contribute to a longer lifespan. In contrast, Nigerian cuisine may include more processed and high-calorie foods.

3. Lifestyle: Chinese culture often values physical activity, such as Tai Chi and Qigong, which can promote longevity. Nigerians may have more sedentary lifestyles.

4. Environment: China has made significant efforts to reduce air and water pollution, while Nigeria still grapples with environmental challenges.

5. Genetics: Genetic factors can play a role in longevity, and Chinese people may have genetic adaptations that contribute to longer lifespan.

6. Education: China has higher literacy rates and education levels, leading to better health literacy and decision-making.

7. Economic factors: China has experienced rapid economic growth, leading to improved living standards and access to healthcare.

8. Cultural values: Chinese culture places a strong emphasis on respect for elders and intergenerational relationships, which can contribute to social support and longevity.

It’s essential to note that these factors are general trends and not applicable to every individual. There are many Nigerians who live long, healthy lives, and many Chinese people who face health challenges.

SUBTITLE: A SAINT WHO NEGLECTS HIS HEALTH SYSTEM COULD DIE i THAN A SINNER WHO MANAGES HIS HEALTH SYSTEM WELL.

( Ihenso is good but you need medical insurance and attention)

Prov.22.3 – A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

A profound observation! This statement highlights the importance of taking care of one’s physical health, regardless of their spiritual standing. Here’s a breakdown:

1. Health management: A sinner who prioritizes their health, engages in regular exercise, healthy eating, and seeks medical attention when needed, will likely live longer.

2. Neglect: A saint who neglects their health, ignores symptoms, or fails to maintain a healthy lifestyle, may die younger despite their good deeds and spiritual devotion.

3. Balance: This emphasizes the need for balance between spiritual growth and physical well-being. Both aspects are essential for overall health and longevity.

4. Consequences: Neglecting one’s health can have severe consequences, regardless of moral character or spiritual beliefs.

5. Prioritization: It suggests that taking care of one’s health is crucial, even for those who prioritize spiritual pursuits.

6. Holistic approach: This perspective encourages a holistic approach to life, considering both physical and spiritual well-being.

Remember, living a long and healthy life requires attention to both body and soul. By prioritizing health management, individuals can enjoy a longer, happier life, regardless of their spiritual standing.
