Shortly after the departure of Paul and other Apostles, savage wolves crept into the congregation of the early believers. Apostle Paul the teacher of the Gentiles explained how the apostasy would begin. He gathered the elders (ministers) of the Assembly at Ephesus to deliver them a final message concerning their responsibility over the local congregations, “For I know this that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after themselves” (Acts 20:29-38). Paul also spoke to the ministers in 2Cor 11:13, “ For such men are false apostles, deceitful work men, disguising themselves as Apostles of the Messiah, and no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is not strange if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness”.
This was a very serious issue that he warned Evangelist Timothy too saying; “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables” (2 Timothy 4:3-4). Not only Paul, but also Peter warned the Assemblies that many would be misled. False teachers among the disciples would bring in heresies “and many shall follow their pernicious ways. By reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of” (2 peter 2:2). These false teachers crept in unawares, professing Yahshua the Messiah. Jude says that these preachers at first separated their followers from the body of believers. They formed their own Congregation and called them the Congregation of the Messiah.
THE OLD BABYLONIAN MYSTERIES
The pagan religion of the Babylonians was the prevailing religion in the old world. The religion thrived and survived many regimes of kings and Empires. Nimrod, the king and founder of Babylon, was not only political leader, but he stood as Priest-king, or its religious leader as well (Ronald 1981,p.61) Nimrod was the grandson of Ham the father of Cush and the son of Noah. The Bible records that Nimrod grew to be a mighty man on earth and was a mighty hunter before Yahweh.
The beginning of his Kingdom was Babel (i.e. Babylon) Gen 10:8-10. He led the people to build the Tower of Babel in Genesis chapter 11. All his life was against the propositions of the Most High. Thus, the Babylonian paganism was headed by Nimrod the founding father of Babylon. Nimrod according to the ancient tradition was, “The opener” of secrets, “the first born of deified human beings”. He was therefore called the “The opener” and in the Babylonian tongue the word for opener was “PETER” (see Young’s concordance). Nimrod was the first “Peter”. Is it not amazing? Pethor or Peter (Nimrod) worship can be traced back to Mesopotamia where idolatry had its beginning and where Nimrod built the Tower of Babel. In Deuteronomy 23:4 we read that Balaam “of Pethor of Mesopotamia” was hired to put a curse on the nation of Israel. History tells us that this Pethor was a sacred high place where there was an oracle temple, and hence called Pethor, and there was no doubt, a College of priests whom Balaam had been appointed chief. Balaam was the chief patron (Peter) of the pethor (Peter-Temple) of Mesopotamia, the very home of idolatry and false religion. It is clear from his name that Balaam (“conqueror of the people” in the Semitic language) considered himself to be the successor of Nimrod, the originator of the Babylonian Mystery Religion. The Greeks called Nimrod Nicolas, which also means “conqueror of the people” (Ronald 1981 p.67).
From Nimrod descended a line of priest king-each standing at the Head of the occult Babylonian mystery Religion. This line continued on down to the days of Belshazzar of whom we read of in the Bible. We were told of the feast he held in Babylon when the mysterious hand writing of doom appeared on the wall. This gathering was more than mere social party.
It was a Religious gathering. The filthy and abominable practices on the occasion were part of the religious ceremonies of the Babylonian Mysteries, of which Belshazzar was the head at that time. They drank wine and praised the gods of wood, gold, silver, brass, iron and stone (Dan 5:4). Adding to their blasphemy at the occasion, they drank their wine from the holy vessels of Yahweh which had been taken from the House of Elohim.
However, in 745 B.C, the king of Assyria Tiglath Pileser conquered and ruled Babylon. His son Shalmanser, conquered Samaria, the Northern Kingdom of Israel in 721 BS (2 king 15:29, 16;7). This Assyria king moved the captured Babylonian to Halah and Harbor by river Gozan (around the black sea near Asian Minor) (2king 17:1-6). By the time the Messiah came, the Babylonians, cuthah, Ava, Hamath and Sepharvaim inhabited the city of Samaria. The Israelites who had returned back to their land after rebuilding the Temple of Jerusalem under Ezra and Nehemiah in 536-432 B.C had nothing to do with the pagan Samaritans (john 4:9). As at time of the Apostles, Simon Magus the sorcerer was the chief magician and leader of the ancient Babylonian religion (note that the leader of this Babylonian Religion was known as Peter or Pethor). “At that time, the apostles encountered a Samaritan priest named Simon (Acts 8:9). When Philip came to Samaria, performing real miracle, many of the people accepted the Messiah and were baptized (Acts 8:5-20). Their leader Simon Magus the Peter discovered his followers were disintegrating. He pretended to be a believer and became baptized. It was shortly after this event that Simon, under the influence of his master, Satan, began to see the awesome potential of the faith as a tool for his own advancement. Without repentance, Simon tried to purchase an apostleship in the Messianic Congregation.
Simon Magnus the Peter started Catholic Church of Rome
Ancient history reveals that the pagan deities worshipped by the Babylonians and the Greeks were known as Peters, and those priests in particular who were occupied in the celebration of mysteries were typed patres (Bryawt,Ancient Mythology, vol 1,p,354). When Simon Magus went to Rome he bewitched the inhabitants with his magical (demonic) power and soon became known as Simon Peter i.e Simon the interpreter (of the Babylonia Mysteries) (Ronald 1981,p66). Having been with the Believers, he copied the name of the Messiah and some other practices of the Apostles and mixed them up with his paganism to establish the Roman Church. He unquestionably adulterated the sprouting Messanic faith with paganism (Babylon Mysteries Religion). It was clearly stated in Apostolic Christianity , vol3, p, 514, that He subsequently attempted, with the aid and with the sanction of Christainity to set up a rival universal (or Catholic religion” Ibid. the book also states “The amalgam of paganism and Christanity that was especially obvious in the simonies system is readily explicable in the teaching of Simon Magus who was brought into intimate contact with Messanic teachings without becoming a genuine member”, (Ibib,p,496).
Interestingly there is no secular biblical proof that Apostle Peter ever visited Rome until he ended his ministry on earth. Peter was appointed Apostle to the Jews (Gal 2:7) while Paul was in charge of the Gentiles. Paul founded the congregation at Rome in 55 or 56 C.E not Peter. Which Peter was then the first Pope as our Catholic brothers profess today? It was Simon Magus the sorcerer. His pagan title “Peter” coincidentally happens to be the same with Greek translation of Simon Cepha’s name to “Peter”. Hence Apostle Simon Cepha cannot be founder of a religion whose practices had opposed the Commandment of Yahweh and His Son Yahshua the Messiah. It is also worthy of note that the claim that the tomb of Apostle Peter is in Rome is quiet fallacious. The acclaimed tomb was the tomb of Nimrod who escaped to Rome when his adversary was after him and eventually died in the Vatican hill (The cult center of Rome) Being the chief Peter of the Babylonian Religion, his tomb served as a Sanctuary till date-That is the Vatican City!
THE FAITH OF THE TRUE BELIEVERS
The true Congregation of Yahweh in Messiah which was set up by Apostle Paul (not Peter) was severely persecuted by Emperor Nero in 64 C.E Nero accused the true believers (not the followers of Simon Magus) of burning the city and martyred Paul at Troas after few years. Owing to the killing of the leading members of the Congregation, false teachers crept in and coerced some members into the Roman Church founded by Simon Magus. Others escaped the horror of Nero’s decree against the Jews and ran to the mountain beyond Jordan.
THE MODERN BABYLON
It is an unequivocal truth that Catholic Church is the Mother of all Christian Churches. We have seen how the mother of this great Religion of our time emanated. If the foundation is faulty, what can the righteous do? It is heart breaking that most devoted Christians are not aware of this adulteration. It is now clear that what we now know as Christian faith is a modernized Babylonian Mystery Religion. Christianity is nothing but the admixture of paganism and Messanic aspostlic faith. Its true name was revealed in Rev 17:4-5 “ The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT THE MOTHER OF
HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH”.
The term “Woman” here signifies church. It is a prophesy given to John which implies that the ancient Babylonian religion shall be modernized and shall rise to become great and all the inhabitants of the earth shall worship her unknowingly. It is quite unfortunate that the whole world is looking for the emergence of the beast not knowing that they lie in the hands of the beast (1st John 5:19). The Bible tells that the beast shall appear like a lamb but shall speak like a dragon. “And the beast shall exercise the authority (teachings and power) of the first beast in his presence, and cause the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast (the ancient Babylon mystery), whose deadly wound was healed. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived (Rev 13: 11-14). 2nd Thes 2:7-12 further reveals the deceptive nature of this mother church and all her daughters. Verse 9 says “The coming of the lawless one is according to the work of Satan, with all power, signs and lying wonders”. What we see today in Christianity is not different from the above prophesies. It is true that the same group of people preaches holiness and righteousness just like the Messiah preached. The Bible tells us that the beast shall appear like an lamb , so don’t be deceived by the booming lying wonders and miracles in most Pentecostal groups. The beast is not different from Christianity.
WHAT THE ROMAN CHURCH WILL DO
The activities of this Church (beast) were equally revealed to us in Daniel 7:25 “He shall speak pompous words against the Most High and shall intend to change times and law… “Which law did the church change?
From Sabbath to Sunday.
In 321 A.D, on the seventh of March, an unusual edict was issued by Cripps and Constantine, often designated as earliest Sunday law. It read thus:ON THE VENERABLE DAY OF THE SUN LET THE MAGISTRATES AND PEOPLE RESIDING IN CITIES REST AND LET ALL WORKSHOPS BE CLOSED…” The professing Christians voluntarily accepted it in exchange of the biblical holiday.Sunday was dedicated to the sun by the ancient Babylonian mysteries and here are we today. From Yahshua to Jesus
The name Jesus is a Latinized Greek translation of Joshua (a corruption of Hebrew Yahshua. The Savior was never called by the name Jesus in His lifetime. In fact the name Jesus did not exist until about 500 years ago. The Scripture says our Savior came in His father’s name. His Name is Yahshua (Yahweh-shua) which means Yahweh saves. It is this same mysterious Religion that substituted the Name ‘Yahshua’ with the pagan name “Jesus”. (Contact us for detail).
Other adulterations incorporated into the faith of Yahshua include, the observance of Easter which is the counterfeit of the biblical Passover, the observance of Valentine, Christmas and other pagan holidays. Anybody or Church who still observes these pagan practices that have no biblical base, is invariably worshipping the beast. Many denominations have fractioned out of the Catholic Church, believing to be free, but they are still observing the ordinances introduced by the church such as Sunday worship, Christmas, Easter etc. Coming out of her entails rejecting all her teachings and practices.
COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE
“… Come out of her, my people lest you share in her sins and lest you receive of her plague… (Rev 18:3-8)”.
Beloved decide for the truth today. Come out of the modernized Babylonian worship. Yahshua is the Messiah and he is ready and willing to receive you back. A horrible day for the sons of disobedience is coming, only those who observe the Commandments of Yahweh and hold on to their faith in Yahshua the Messiah shall be saved. (MZ).
