It is necessary for one to examine his belief in the light of the admonition given by the prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 6:16 “Thus saith Yahweh, stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good ways, and walk therein, and you shall find rest for your souls. But they said, we will not walk therein.”
For those of us who are striving to enter into the kingdom of Yahweh, we need to know that “just believe,” is not enough but we must, in view of the above admonition, endeavour to search for the “old path” and walk therein. The old path is the good ways, He said, because “there is a way that seems right unto a man but the end thereof is the way of death.” We were told in the New Testament that the way, which leads unto death is broad and wide and many there are which go in there (Matt. 7:13-14). This “way” being spoken of here is not just a road literally, but a form of belief that people uphold and practice, which they hope will bring them into the kingdom of heaven.
Mitziyon magazine is dedicated to pointing out to people the old path. The old path wherein is the good way. The narrow path that leads to eternal life, though, “…only few there be that find it”.
The old paths are those timeless truth that the patriarchs, prophets, early apostles and the first century believers believed and practiced, which qualified them for the kingdom. It is the same truth that we must believe in order to qualify to be with them in the kingdom to come.
Mitziyon magazine is therefore doing that work that was assigned to the true worshipers (the true labourers) in the last days as was prophesied by Isaiah the prophet. “And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: Thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, the repairer of the breach, the restorer of the paths to dwell in”.
Regarding true way to worship the Creator of heavens and earth as was handed over to the Israelites, (see PS.147:19-20, Rom 3:21), the whole world has been wrongly educated; hence this ministry, this great commission, “Re educating the world”!
In Math. 28:19-20. He said “Go ye therefore into all nations … teaching them to observe all things which I commanded you …” Not just to believe in Him, but to observe (practice) all things, which He commanded. This is the truth that “must be published among all nations” Mk. 13:10.
A clarion call for a return to messianic Judaism as the true form of worship committed to the Jews- (John. 4:22) is our supreme task!
