Keep Moving Forward

for four hundred and thirty years, the Egyptians held the children of Israel in bondage. Generation after generation, their ancestors were bound in slavery to the Egyptians, serving under their task-masters.
But, one glorious night, precisely on the 15th day of Abib it was freedom at last! On that night, the hosts of Israel, both adults and children, about one million souls and their herds and cattle MOVED out of the land of Egypt – heading to the land flowing with milk and honey. This was the land which Yahweh promised them.
It was the greatest miracles of their life. It was such a great celebration of freedom. That night of freedom is still being celebrated today all over the world among the Jews as the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
But, on their way to the Promised Land, precisely on the sixth day of their journey, something happened.
They met a great obstacle which they never imagined will come their way; since they believed it was the Most-High who delivered them from the mighty hand of Pharaoh that would also lead them through, taking them to the Promised Land. Alas, it didn’t happen the way they thought. There was an obstacle! The great obstacle they met was the Red sea blocking their way to the Promised Land. They found themselves at the shores of the great sea – the Sea of Reeds, no way forward!
Going back cannot be the option because Pharaoh and the creamed of the armies of Egypt (armed to the teeth) were already in hot pursuit behind them.

IN TIMES LIKE THIS – WHAT OPTION?
“And Yahweh said unto Moses, wherefore criest thou unto me? Speak unto the children of Israel that they go forward”. (Exod. 14:15)
That was the single secret that made possible the success-story; that is the dividing of the Red Sea. This secret, this success formula, if applied today, will still perform the same wonder that it performed for the Israelites. The reason is that, it is a divine prescription – a divine remedy to situations such as that.
Just keep on moving! Amidst all challenges, difficulties and oppositions confronting you. Keep on moving forward! Run with the pulsating dream in your heart, don’t let anything discourage you. Don’t be afraid of moving slowly, but be afraid of standing still.

Be bold as lion and swift as eagle. Never accept defeat. See a glorious tomorrow ahead of you and let it motivate you. Be like the Messiah, who, for the joy that was set before, Him endured the sufferings at the torture stake, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne – Heb. 12:2
Focus on the pay and despise the pain! No matter the circumstances, the difficulties, delays and obstacles, don’t look back but straight on.
Keep on moving, keep on keeping on! Pursue what lies ahead of you. There is light at the end of the dark tunnel, you’ll get to the light only if you keep on moving forward.
Every day, make sure you’re not where you were yesterday. Keep on moving forward towards your goal and the dream of your heart.
Make sure, at the end of each day (even against odds) that you did everything or anything possible to move you forward towards what you want to achieve. Make every effort to ensure you move even a step or an inch forward, towards your goal.
Martin Lurther King Jr. Said it best, “If you cannot fly, run, if you cannot run, walk, if you cannot walk, crawl, by all means keep on moving”. I agree with the great sage Ralph Waldo Emerson when he said “Life is a progress, not a station “. Paul, the Apostle to the Gentiles taught us a lesson that can be applied, not only in the spiritual race but also, one that can be applied in every sphere of life. Hear him, “I do not claim that I have already succeeded… or have already reached it; the one thing I do however, is to forget what is behind me and do my best to reach what is ahead,” (Phil. 3:12 – 13).
Apostle Paul went further in verse 14 to say, “I press forward towards the mark for the price…” his life was characterized by this principle – pressing forward no matter the adversities and oppositions.
The Red Sea ahead of you will only divide and give way for you to pass-by and reach your Promised Land like Celeb and Joshua, if you keep on moving forward. I assure you, you’ll surely reach your Promised Land; achieve whatever you want to achieve and become whatever you want to be.
Keep on moving forward, your victory, the solution to your problem(s) your expectations and the fulfillment of your heart desires are ahead of you (your future) not behind you (in the past) – not event at the present. Ann Landers said; “No body gets to live life backward, look ahead, that is where your future lies” Therefore, MOVE PAST your obstacle and meet your expectation! Let faith open your eyes to the hidden opportunities in your future. If you have suffered defeat or failure , rise and continue the journey to your destiny. The most natural thing you do when you get knocked down is to get up, so don’t remain down even if you have to start all over again.
TIME
Only give Time time! The reason you should give Time time is that Time is the greatest Universal cure for all human ills.

As you keep moving forward, you will find out that Time will come to your RESCUE and, surely, unfailingly usher you into your expectation and your place of fulfillment. Know it that the Almighty Yahweh promised you in the Book of Proverbs that, your expectations shall not be cut off.
“For surely there is an end; and thine expectations shall not be cut off,” (Prov. 23:18)
Keep moving forward, you are still going to make it!
You can still achieve what you want to achieve, if you refuse to quit. Yahweh hates quitting. He says that if a man draws back and shrinks in fear, He shall not be please with such a man, (See Heb. 10:38b). Therefore, don’t go back but straight on! A new dawn is about to break on you. Keep on moving on. Your best years are still ahead of you. Don’t quit. Keep moving forward! (MZ)
